Punravritti Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Punravritti and related services operated by Rahul Singh in his personal capacity, Deoghar, Jharkhand, India.

By creating or using a Punravritti account, you agree to these Terms.

Punravritti is a learning-support tool designed to help users process study material, generate quizzes and worksheets, practise questions and review learning progress.

Punravritti does not guarantee examination results, academic grades, admission, employment or any particular learning outcome.

Questions, explanations, quizzes, worksheets and other content may be generated using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content can contain mistakes, omissions or inaccurate interpretations. Important academic information should be verified against trusted textbooks, teachers, official syllabi or other reliable sources.

Users must provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of their passwords.

Users are responsible for activity performed through their account and should notify Punravritti if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

Users under 18 may use Punravritti only through the minor-user process provided by the application, including parent or guardian approval where required.

Parents or guardians who approve a minor's use should review the service and help the learner use it appropriately.

Users may upload or scan learning material for educational use. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right or lawful basis to upload and use submitted material.

Users should not upload content that unlawfully infringes copyright, violates privacy, contains illegal material or includes unnecessary confidential or sensitive personal information.

Punravritti does not claim ownership of user-uploaded study material. Users permit Punravritti to process uploaded material only as necessary to provide requested learning features.

Users must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, attempt unauthorised access to, or interfere with Punravritti systems or another user's account or data.

Punravritti may restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect users, protect the service or comply with law.

Punravritti is currently being introduced as an early or trial service. Features may change, improve, become unavailable or be replaced during development.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, connectivity, AI-provider availability, infrastructure issues or product changes.

The present trial version may be offered without paid subscription functionality.

If paid plans or subscriptions are introduced, applicable pricing, payment terms, cancellation rules and refund information will be presented before users make a purchase.

Use of personal information is governed by the Punravritti Privacy Policy.

Users may permanently delete their account through the application's Profile section or the public account-deletion page.

Deletion cannot be undone. A user may later register a new account using the same email address, but previously deleted information will not be restored.

Punravritti may update these Terms as the service develops or where required by law. Material changes may require users to review or accept a newer version.

Punravritti is provided as a learning-support service. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on AI-generated educational content, service interruptions or user-uploaded material.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
